Shoshanna Hecht

Shoshanna Hecht provides psychological assessments for potential egg donors. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works in private practice with individuals, couples and families. She also facilitates ongoing groups for parents and teens.

Shoshanna is also available for consultations for recipients as they are moving through the egg donation process. As the mother of one seriously hilarious nine year old boy, she understands the issues surrounding intimate relationships and the challenges of family building. Having also completed a year-long course in couples therapy, Shoshanna is uniquely qualified to be a member of the BHED team.

A native Texan, Shoshanna received her BA with honors from Brandeis University, her Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Master of Arts in Jewish Communal Service from Hebrew Union College. Shoshanna is also a guest lecturer at USC and CSUN.
