Lisa Greer

Lisa Greer is Managing Partner and Founder of BHED. An accomplished senior executive with over 25 years experience managing and leading multiple businesses, both corporate and startup, Lisa brings her skills in strategic planning, operations, business development, web production and development, human resource management and finance to BHED.

Prior to starting BHED, Lisa was founder and managing partner of Media Venture Advisors, a boutique management consulting and strategic advisory firm, where her practice combined business consulting, sales and marketing strategies, business development, and organizational development services. Over her career, Lisa has worked with companies both large and small, including Universal Studios, NBC, UCLA, and many others. She is also a frequent speaker at business, entertainment technology conferences, and she is involved in the community as well, working with many organizations from PTA to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office and beyond.

Personally, Lisa is the mother of five children, including newborn twins as a result of ART/IVF. As an older mother, Lisa understands first-hand the challenges related to infertility.

At BHED, Lisa oversees the day-to-day management of the company, making certain that each person involved is continually kept informed and is treated in a professional yet empathetic manner -- while maintaining confidentiality -- throughout the process. She also manages the various staff and consultants involved with the process, to ensure that the process is efficient, clear and organized at all times.

Lisa holds a BA from UCLA and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
