Katie Nathan

Katie is an Indiana native who is absolutely thrilled to be soaking up the sunny weather of Southern California. She earned her BFA with honors from Ball State University in Acting with an emphasis in Telecommunications and New Media. Upon graduation, she moved to New York where she began work in commercials and theatre, and her success there led her to Los Angeles two years ago where she continues to work as an actress while dedicating herself as BHED's Director of Administration.

Katie provides support in the day-to-day operations of BHED, as well as playing a key role in ensuring a current and accurate donor database. She coordinates a team of administrative assistants whose efforts include making regular telephone calls to donors to update their profiles, maintaining donor files and obtaining medical records. She also manages the BHED Blog and conducts in-person interviews with some of our local applicants.
