Agency Fees:
$6,800 for our complete agency package which includes psychological screening for all donors, genetic counseling ^[1], Oocyte Donor Insurance Policy, matching services, cycle coordination, cycle monitoring, and post-cycle follow-up.

Donor Fees:
$6,500 - $10,000 (fees above $6,500 are based on specific donor criteria)

Additional Costs: (to be paid directly to the service provider)
Recipient's attorney fees ^[2] ($700-$1000)

Clinic/Fertility Doctor fees (including medical screening, monitoring, medications, transfer, etc.)

When Payments are Due:
Once you select/reserve a donor and the donor agrees to move forward with the donation process ("matched"), the Agency Fee is due in full. Once payment is received, the donor's status will change to "in cycle" (meaning that the donor is reserved for you) and the Agency Fee becomes non-refundable.

No medication will be authorized to be disbursed to the donor until the Donor Fees/Expenses as set forth above are deposited into BHED's client escrow account. The donor will receive $750 of the total donor fee when she begins injectable medications. The balance is paid to her immediately following the transfer.

We're there with you...
If your transfer takes place, but the cycle is not successful, we will waive our agency fee for one additional cycle, with the same or a new donor. The donor fees, legal fees, insurance and screening fees for the new donor (if any), will still apply.

If you (the Recipient) choose to cancel the cycle for non-medical reasons after the donor has begun medication but prior to the retrieval, we will refund 65% of the donor fee. If the donor fails any screening or cancels the cycle for any reason prior to retrieval, the full agency fee will be applied to a subsequent BHED donor cycle with a different donor (We will assist you in finding the substitute donor).

Fees for any services that have already been rendered to the donor are nonrefundable. If medication has not been started, 100% of the donor fee is refundable or transferable to another donor.

[2] BHED, LLC has an approved list of attorneys for you to choose from, all of whom have extensive experience with egg donation agreements. If you would like to use an attorney not on our list, we are more than happy to accommodate you, but we must approve the attorney in advance, to confirm they have the appropriate level of experience in reproductive law.
