Liz Bader-Natal

A native of Los Angeles, Liz recently relocated to San Francisco with her husband and oversees BHED's activities in the Bay Area. With a background in program development and volunteer recruitment, Liz has worked with diverse communities of children and families as well as teens and young adults in crisis. Liz earned her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Brandeis University.

In a dual role at BHED, Liz is an important part of both our Donor Recruitment Team and our Cycle Coordination Team. On the donor side, Liz helps and evaluates prospective donors as they move through our rigorous application process. Liz enjoys getting to know the donors that she interviews as she believes that every donor has a unique story, and enjoys interacting with this dynamic group of young women.

As part of the Cycle Coordination Team, Liz interacts with matched donors, Intended Parents, and medical office staff. She provides support to both Donors and Intended Parents throughout the duration of the cycle, ensuring that each cycle is as successful and efficient as possible.

In her spare time, Liz enjoys exploring San Francisco's diverse neighborhoods and making the most of being back on the West Coast.
